When you're a "hands on" marketing person like I am, you have to learn a lot of skills. As a result, you try, buy and use a lot of web-based tools and desktop programs. Since I'm known in some circles as the guy who "breaks" programs, I think it's fair to say I use them and frequently (though often unwittingly) abuse them. I find out what works, what doesn't and what needs improvement. And I'm not shy in saying so, either.
Because my experiences may be of value to you, dear reader, I will be posting my opinions here for all to see. Crack back at me if you like! I welcome your comments...
